SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
We try to mail all in stock orders within 2 days of order receipt. We will email you the tracking number to the email you provide in the web order. If you are a group, we only email the group leader the tracking numbers. 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We ship all individual orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail.  Group orders or large individual orders, will be shipped via UPS. We only ship Fed Ex on request.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

If you need to return and item, and we understand this may happen. PLEASE first call or email us to acquire a return authorization number. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipping, and the item must be returned in original condition. We also request that you include the following in writing in the box: Name, Address, Reason for Return or Exchange, and date you received the item. This will assist in our turnaround time for exchange or credit. 

Please note that we cannot refund the shipping charges either direction.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We do ship internationally via the most cost effective shipping company( USPS, UPS, Fed EX), The shipping cost is calculated when the order is ready to ship, and we will contact you via email for your approval for the price before shipping.  You will be responsible for paying any duty or taxes due from your country.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

We will allow returns made within 30 days or purchase receipt.  We will exchange or credit for those items shipped back in original condition. Any item returned with stains or damaged items, may not be credited in full.

Group or Special orders may not be returned for full credit.
